Our staff, small yet experienced, has over 20 years in the computer industry, from Mainframe computers to Desktop PC's, and 10 years in the Call/Contact Center industry. We carry Unix, Novell, and NT experience, as well as several years of Networking, Internet and Web knowledge. We also have experience with ACD, IVR, CTI, and Multi-Channel solutions in the Call/Contact Center

· Our goal is to save you money - there are plenty of consulting groups to call on, but very few that look out for your financial benefit.
